GAAM Joins Muslims Nationwide to Celebrate Eid Al-Fitr

GAAM’s National President, Hon. Frank Nelson Ackah, extended warm greetings to Muslims nationwide on the joyous occasion of Eid al-Fitr. “As we come together to celebrate the end of Ramadan, we are reminded of the values that bring us together: compassion, generosity, and unity.”

Eid al-Fitr marks the culmination of a month-long period of fasting, reflection, and spiritual growth. As Muslims around the world break their fast and rejoice with family and friends, GAAM is honored to join in the celebrations.

President Ackah urged Muslim youth to avoid violence and unguided behaviors, instead striving to be ambassadors of peace, love, and compassion. “Let us work together to build a brighter future for ourselves, our communities, and our nation.”

President Ackah also took the opportunity to encourage Muslims to use the occasion to pray for peace and prosperity in Ghana. “Let us pray for our beloved country, Ghana. Let us pray for peace, stability, and prosperity to reign in our nation.”

As GAAM’s members and volunteers distributed gifts, food, and other essentials to those in need, President Ackah reiterated the organization’s commitment to building bridges of understanding and respect between communities. “Let us strive to foster a spirit of unity and cooperation that benefits all.”

On behalf of the Ghana Association of Assembly Members (GAAM), President Ackah extended his warmest felicitations to Muslims nationwide. “I wish you all a joyous and peaceful Eid al-Fitr celebration. May this special day bring you peace, happiness, and closer to your loved ones.”
