The incumbent Member of Parliament for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai, Hon. Alfred Obeng Boateng, has filed his nomination papers for re-election amidst overwhelming support from voters.
As he submitted his forms at the constituency’s electoral office, a large crowd of supporters gathered to show their appreciation for his leadership and commitment to the area’s development. The atmosphere was electric, with supporters waving flags, banners, and wearing campaign t-shirts.
Hon. Obeng Boateng, who is seeking re-election on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party, was met with cheers, chants, and applause from the enthusiastic crowd, who pledged to vote for him in the upcoming polls. The supporters hailed his achievements in office, including the construction of new roads, schools, and healthcare facilities.
The MP’s campaign team and supporters expressed confidence in his ability to retain the seat, citing his dedication to the constituency’s growth and development. “Hon. Obeng Boateng has been a true champion for our community. We are excited to see him continue his good work.”
In a brief address, Hon. Obeng Boateng thanked his supporters for their unwavering support and promised to continue working tirelessly for the development of Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai. “I am humbled by your trust in me,” he said. “I pledge to continue delivering on my promises and making our constituency a better place for all.”
The nomination filing process marks the official start of Hon. Obeng Boateng’s re-election campaign, which is expected to be fiercely contested. However, with the overwhelming support of his constituents, he is poised to retain his seat in parliament.
