The Presidential Nominee for the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipal Assembly, Hon. Sebastian Obeng, has been confirmed as the new Municipal Chief Executive (MCE). Hon. Sebastian Obeng secured an impressive 51 out of 52 votes cast, representing over 98% and constituting a significant majority of the total votes cast, thereby securing his overwhelming victory. The program was a huge success, with tight security measures in place to ensure a serene atmosphere.
The Assembly Members’ endorsement signifies their confidence in Hon. Obeng’s leadership and vision for the municipality. As the new MCE, Hon. Sebastian Obeng is expected to drive development and progress in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipal Assembly. With his overwhelming confirmation, residents are hopeful for improved infrastructure, economic growth, and enhanced social services.

Good Afternoon,
I stand before you today with a heart full of gratitude and humility as I accept the honor of serving as the Municipal Chief Executive for Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai. This moment is not just a personal achievement, but a victory for our collective aspirations and dreams as a community.
First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the President of the Republic of Ghana , His Excellency John Dramani mahama for the confidence reposed in me through my nomination. Your visionary leadership and commitment to the development of our nation inspire us all, and I assure you that I will work diligently to uphold your trust.
I also want to express my deepest gratitude to my distinguished Member of Parliament, Hon BRIGHT ASAMOAH BREFO for your unwavering support and guidance throughout this process. Your dedication to the people of Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai is commendable, and I look forward to collaborating closely with you to improve the lives of our constituents.
To my party leadership ( National to Constituency), thank you for your encouragement and belief in my capabilities. Together, we will strive to implement policies and initiatives that reflect our core values and serve the interests of the people we represent.

Hon Minister, I recognize the pressing challenges we face , particularly the issue of illegal mining or Galamsey, which threatens our environment, our Health and our Future. I want to assure you that I will work tirelessly in collaboration with all stakeholders to combat this menace.
Together, we can create sustainable solutions that respect our natural resources while promoting economic development. It is my fervent prayer that we all play a role in safeguarding our environment.
