The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Amenfi West, Hon. Lord Nana Tandoh, has commissioned a 10-seater WC toilet facility at the boys’ dormitory of Asankrangua Senior High Technical School. The ceremony, attended by school authorities, students, and community leaders, marked a significant milestone in the municipality’s efforts to improve sanitation and hygiene in educational institutions.
In his address, Hon. Lord Nana Tandoh emphasized the importance of providing conducive learning environments for students. “Access to clean and safe toilet facilities is a fundamental right for every student,” he stated. “This facility will not only improve sanitation but also enhance the overall learning experience.”
The MCE highlighted the municipality’s commitment to addressing the infrastructure needs of schools, ensuring that students have access to quality education and basic amenities. He urged the school community to take ownership of the facility and maintain it properly.
