USA-Based Ghanaian Citizen Donates Clothes and GH18,000 Cash to 75 Widows

USA-based Ghanaian, Mr. Francis Owusu, popularly known as Nana Owusu, has once again demonstrated his dedication to philanthropy by donating clothes and cash to over 75 widows in Goaso.

Over 75 widows in the Ahafo Region have received donations of clothes and GH18,000 cash to support themselves during the new year celebrations.

A United States of America (USA)-based Ghanaian and businessman, as well as an estate developer, who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pezalo Construction Limited, Mr. Francis Owusu, popularly known as Nana Owusu, made the donation worth thirty thousand Ghana cedis (300 million old Ghana cedis) to the 75 widows, widowers, and aged ones at Ahafo Goaso in the Ahafo Region.

The widows were from the entire Asunafo North Municipality and other constituencies.

Speaking in an interview, the CEO of Pezalo Construction Limited, Mr. Francis Owusu, said he was touched by the plight of the needy and the vulnerable in society, particularly widows. He stated that the donation was his contribution to putting smiles on the faces of the needy and vulnerable during the new year.

Mr. Francis Owusu asked them to support him with prayers as he returns to the United States of America (USA) to continue his work.

Mr. Francis Owusu advised every businessman, especially those abroad, to start supporting widows and aged ones during festivals to show that they have people who care about them in difficult times. He urged everyone abroad to return home during occasion days to support the needy ones in their communities.
