As he prepared to head to Parliament to continue parliamentary work, Hon. Tanko Mustapha Amadu urged workers and staff of the assembly to give their all-out support to the development of the district. He emphasized that their efforts would ensure the district’s continued growth and progress, even in his absence, in a faster and more efficient manner.
The DCE called on managers of various industries and business owners to empower their workers and involve them in the day-to-day activities of the business. By doing so, business owners can tap into the creativity and innovation of their workers, driving progress and development.
The workforce, unlike body parts, each plays a vital role, and perhaps, if one is absent, the body malfunctions. Hon. Mathew Annor urged industry players and bosses to learn from their supportive subordinates, recognizing that every worker has a vital contribution to make in the growth of the business.
“As we mark May Day, I plead with all to embrace unitism; let’s learn from each other in our workplaces. The workforce, unlike the body, every part plays a crucial role, and we must acknowledge this,” Hon. Mathew Annor emphasized.
The leaders highlighted the importance of proper wages and salaries for employers while harnessing teamwork for effective productivity. They called for support from constituents, irrespective of political affiliations, for the betterment of the district.
